    How does this buttercream hold up to heat... I live in New Mexico (US) and today it was 107*

      Oh dear, there is no butter cream that won't dissolve in 107 degrees Fahrenheit. However, flour butter cream is less soluble than American butter cream. In my case, I often leave butter cream in the refrigerator during hot weather to cool it down. The finished cake is refrigerated and returned to room temperature an hour before use.😊

    I was craving something extra chocolatey and luckily remembered those icecream fudge I watched a looong time ago. Your process is really easy to follow and while I usually struggle on making something the first time this one didn’t have room for struggle and what makes it even better is how few dishes to use!! I only made one mistake which was placing the chocolate in a tiny flowers silicones and only waiting for it overnight so it didn’t take shape, though looking back I shouldn’t have even used it for “icecream” I just got a liiittle excited, I placed them on a tray and put choco powder on top to hide the uglinesses away and to my surprise there were a few missing after I checked on it a day later, there’s no stopping for my family to eat sweets it seems XD oh and I put the extra mixture in a paper cup like you did!! Unsurprisingly it held a better shape, now for the taste it really hit the spot!! again I was craving something chocolaty and this pretty much is chocolate, and yeah sure I could’ve ate straight up chocolate bar if that was what I craved but texture also plays a big part, 1 I wanted something soft to bite into and 2 I wanted it to melt in my mouth and 3 I wanted MORE I may not be the best in math but this recipe made more chocolate than a bar would last with me so it’s a win to me Definitely would make it again!! Easy recipe, few dishes and yummy
